Will there be a second shooter?
The need of a second shooter will be based on the service that is requested. If a second shooter is needed, you'll be contacted prior to the event.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
You are able to extend the session the day of if not booked. It will be an additional cost per hour.
What kind of gear do you use?
We use professional equipment that is top of the line that will bring your vision to life!
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you do not have to order prints through us. We do encourage you to order through the website for the best deals.
Usage
All photos are welcomed to be used for personal use. If using for monetary gain a commercial licensing fee/contract will be discussed.
Locations/ Wardrobe/Hair & Makeup
It is the clients responsibility to book and choose a location of their choice. Wardrobe is to be provided by client, I can also give recommendations for a stylist if needed. Must come hair and makeup ready. Makeup recommendations can be given upon request.
Turnaround Time
Clients will receive watermarked unedited images via digital web link within 48 hours of their shoot. Once client selects final images to be retouched there is a 10-14 day turnaround time for edited images. There is a rush fee of $200 for a 3 day turnaround time. Please plan your shoot accordingly. If client would like images without watermark there is an additional $100 for the full session or $20 per image.
Cancellations/reschedule
All session fees are non-refundable. Clients are allowed 1 reschedule if made within 5 days prior to booking. If client reschedules or cancels before the timeframe noted the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit with a new date will have to be made.
What is the late policy?
There is a 15 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in a shorter session. If the client would like more to retain the full photoshoot duration, a $200/hr fee will apply to your final invoice. Total shoot time include ANY prep clients may need (outfit changes, hair, makeup etc.)
What is the booking/payment policy?
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to hold the photoshoot date and time. The remaining balance is due immediately following your shoot. This can be via cash, Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay. Photoshoots and deposits are non-refundable
